By accessing or using Wide Net ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including casting directors, team members, and talent who submit through the platform.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If payment fails, your account may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit through the Service, including project data, form configurations, and team information. Talent submissions are owned by the respective talent and are shared with your account for casting purposes only. You agree not to use submissions for any purpose other than casting evaluation without the talent's explicit consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; or (e) use the Service to discriminate against talent based on protected characteristics.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Sheets, Gmail), Zoom, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wide Net. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wide Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
