5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.

6. Talent Submission Data

When talent submits through your public forms, their data is stored in association with your project. As the account holder, you are responsible for how you use and manage talent submissions. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding talent data, including obtaining necessary consents for data processing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
